When purchasing technology from vendors, it’s important to make sure that the vendor commits to providing an accessible product. In this course you’ll learn how to start the accessibility conversation with a vendor, as well as how to assess a vendor’s approach to accessibility. We’ll also cover Harvard’s procurement process, including the Accessibility Rider, and what to do when that Rider can’t be signed.

Please contact <digitalaccessibility@harvard.edu> with any questions or accommodation requests.
