Introduction to the ADA

Course description: Since 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has transformed American society, creating a legal structure to allow people with disabilities to have the same opportunities as everyone else to enjoy employment opportunities, purchase goods and services, and participate in state and local government programs and telecommunications. In this course, you will learn what the law says, who it's for, and what compliance looks like, with an emphasis on digital accessibility.
