As Manager of Digital Accessibility Services (DAS), I'm working to build a culture of inclusion and support for the University’s accessibility commitments. As a founding member of the DAS team, I've helped shape the strategic direction and process workflow of centralized accessibility work in a decentralized landscape. Prior to DAS, I worked in web and content strategy at Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Law School, where I guided diverse teams through digital transformations and advocated for user-focused, accessible experiences in every communication and on every platform.
