Web Accessibility in HTML and CSS

Thursday, October 20, 2022, 10:00am

Virtual - Zoom

Learn how the HTML and CSS that you write or edit can make or break the usability of a site for people with disabilities. Through examples and activities, we'll cover essential steps in designing for accessibility. Attendees should understand what "accessibility" is and why it matters; Digital Accessibility for Content Creators and Digital Accessibility Foundations are two good, introductory options.

(Formerly known as "Web Accessibility for Developers.")

This training will be held virtually via Zoom in two sessions: 10 am - 12 pm, and 2 pm - 4 pm.

Please email digitalaccessibility@harvard.edu with any questions or accommodation requests.

Class sessions on October 20:
