Kay Belardinelli (she/her or they/them) is a certified Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) who brings deep technical expertise as a developer alongside diverse experience in art and design. She approaches accessibility challenges with empathy and curiosity, identifying patterns and thinking creatively to solve complex problems. Kay is currently exploring the intersection of accessibility and cybersecurity, as well as designing for neurodiversity. She is passionate about making systems stronger through diversity and is dedicated to supporting Harvard’s mission as a leader in research and knowledge.
